    I think the one that is mismatched is the; Exotoxin-released upon breakdown of gram negative bacteria. Exotoxins are toxins that are secreted by gram positive bacteria and can cause damage to the host by destroying cells or disrupting normal cellular metabolism. Endotoxins on the other hand are toxins that are lipopolysaccharide of the outer membrane of gram negative bacteria.
