I believe the answer is Exercised-induced bronchospasm

Exercised-induced bronchospasm or exercise-induced asthma is a bronchospasm that caused by exercise. Bronchospasm means that the bronchus is narrowing, makes the air become harder to move through it. This makes the person hard to breathe and coughing. Wheezing sound might be heard. Exercising in cold weather have a higher risk to induce this condition.
