The answer would be the size of the balloon would increase.

The balloon permeable to water but not sucrose, so only water will be move between the membrane. Since the balloon water is made of 50% sucrose, the solution should have higher osmotic pressure than the beaker that 100% water. This will make the water molecule from beaker move toward the balloon, decreasing its sucrose concentration and increase the balloon size.
