    The model which correctly describes the DNA replication is semi-conservative.

    Explanation:

    There were three models which were initially formed for the replication process of DNA. Out of these, the semi - conservative model of DNA replication is the most widely accepted one.

    The semi - conservative model of DNA explains that the two strands of DNA separate for replication much like a zipper. Each strand of the DNA has the ability to form a new complimentary strand which sums up the replication process.
