A rabbit is a consumer because it gets its energy from eating other living organisms. A fungus is a decomposer because it gets its energy from breaking down the material of dead organisms or their products.

    Explanation:

Consumers are the organisms that cannot make their own food and get it from other living beings. Consumers are also called as heterotrophs. Decomposers are the organisms that feed on dead and decaying bodies of living beings to obtain nutrition from it. In the given example, rabbit is a consumer (heterotroph) and fungus is a decomposer.
