The name for the networks is HMOs or Health Maintenance Organizations. It is a type of health insurance plan that more than half of Americans use. It generally won't cover out-of-network care except in an emergency. An HMO has many factors that determine eligibility such as the place where you live or work. HMOs focus on prevention and wellness.
