In what ways could globalization possibly impact negatively and/or positively your current or future work environment.

Globalization means that younger people, who in many cases have little or no work experience, are forced to compete for jobs with people with vast and very extensive work experience which they ultimately lose. It makes the environment very hard for those who do not have years of experience.
