Many species of animals are common resources, and many must be protected by law to keep them from extinction. Why is the cow not one of these endangered species even though there is such a high demand for beef?

    Explanation:

    Cows are privately owned domestic animals their population is regulated and maintained so as to obtain milk, manure and beef. These products obtain from cow species are economically important. Thus it is necessary to maintain the population of cow species sustainably. Thus the cow are not endangered. But other animals are endangered because they are prone to ill-legal hunting, poaching and wildlife trafficking all these factors are negatively affecting their numbers. Moreover, these endangered species cannot be kept as domestic animals thus cannot be privately owned by people.
