The lymphatic system of fetal pig consists of:

    • Spleen-located along the left or marginal stomach toward the extreme left side; its function is to produce and remove red blood cells and it also has a role in maturation and processing of immune cells.

    • Thymus - located in the neck (to both sides of the neck) and its function is to produce T cells for the immune system.
