Which types of birth control prevent sperm from fertilizing an ovum after they have entered the reproductive tract?

    The answer to this question would be: intrauterine device

    The intrauterine device can release copper that will kill the sperm that has to enter the uterus so they cant fertilize the ovum. The IUD that uses hormone also capable of preventing fertilization by making the uterus mucus thick so the sperm cant enters it.
