In Experiment 2, for both trials 1 and 2, net movement of water was from the beaker to the bag. However, the change in mass for the diffusion bag in trial 1 was greater than that for trial 2. Why?

    This is because of the fact that the present of sucrose was higher in the beaker belonging to the first trial than the one in the second trial, the solution was much more concentrated

    Explanation:

    When the first and second trial was conducted, it was noticed that the there was change in the mass of first trial of the diffusion bag, this is due to the presence of sucrose in the beaker of the first trial, which is more higher than the second trial.
