    Explanation:

    There are different types of pheremones, such as fear, that alerts other species that something is happening, or an alert pheremone that puts the group of organisms on the defensive. There is also a reproductive pheremone to let the male of the species know that the females are ready to reproduce.

    If this isn't a select all that apply, I would chose C as the best option. It seems to sum up everything I just said.
