    The kidney region where all renal corpuscles are located is the R enal Cortex. It is that part of the kidney which is made up of renal lobules in the outer zone, beneath the capsule and the lobules of the renal columns

    that are extensions inward between the pyramids; it contains the renal corpuscles, medullary rays, and proximal and distal convoluted tubules.
