    As we know ink solution act as a food source for the T vorax culture. The higher will is the amount of solution added, the higher will be the number of food vacuoles formed in a given time period.

    Therefore, when 20 micro liter of ink solution is added instead of 100 micro liter of ink the food vacuole number will decrease.
