Blood pressure should be constant throughout the body, but some measurements have shown that the pressure of the ankle may be different from that of the arm (brachial), but in general, the pressure, in a healthy person, must be the same anywhere in your body since the motor that drives the blood is the same (heart), and the direction of it is never going to change, even if you are upside down, the blood keeps flowing the same direction.
