What digestive organ produces insulin, glucagon, and hydrolytic enzymes?

The pancreas which is about 6 inches long and located behind the stomach secretes insulin, glucagon and hydrolytic enzymes for digestion. When the blood sugar is too high the pancreases releases insulin to turn the excess glucose into glycogen and store it in the liver. When the glucose levels are too low, the pancreas secretes glucagon to trigger the liver to break down the glycogen and release glucose back into the blood. Hydrolytic enzymes use water to break down various substrates into micronutrients the body needs.
