    Explanation: Proximal convulated tubule reabsorbs nutrients, sodium and chloride ions from the glomerular filtrate. It is located in the nephron between the loop of henle and the bowman's capsule. The microvilli in the tubule of the cell is used to increase surface area for maximum re-absorption that might have passed by mistake to the urinary tract. Sugars are reabsorbed and sent back to the blood via capillaries.
