    Nematoda and Annelida re both types of worms but with huge difference in their body structure: at Nematoda has a cylindrical body with tapered ends (roundworms) that is covered with tough cuticle while Annelida has a cylindrical segmented body (segmented worms). Another difference is that Nematoda has a pseudocoelom while Annelida has a true coelom. Nematodes are usually parasites of plants or animals while most annelids are free-living organisms that live in the soil.
