    Answer: Sprinting can be defined as the running activity in which the person runs full or less than 600m.

    Explanation:

    The sprinting requires the energy system like anaerobic energy system as the muscles will experience lack of oxygen as a result of this the cardiovascular system will work hard to pump out oxygenated blood to all the parts of the body. The lungs will be forced to breath hard to obtain oxygen from the external environment. The lactate and phosphocreatine will be the byproducts that will be produced in the body in the absence of oxygen.
