Is called hypotonic solution
Explanation:
A solution whose solute concentration is lower than that of its content is said to be hypotonic. The osmotic pressure of the external solution is lower than that of a cell placed in a hypotonic solution therefore water molecules get into the cell by osmosis and the cell swell.
