    There are two kinds of myocardial infarction (MI), transmural Mi and nontransmural MI. Non-transmural MI only affect a small portion of the myocardium. Transmural MI affect full thickness of the heart. Since it involves a bigger area transmural MI more likely to cause complication like left ventricular aneurysm
