    B. Pairs uracil with adenine instead of thymine.

RNA contains 4 bases, cytosine, guanine, adenine and uracil. It does not contain thymine, and hence, uracil pairs with adenine. DNA has thymine instead of uracil and thus pairs thymine with adenine.
