    Option B, Amniocentesis

    Explanation:

Amniocentesis is a process in which amniotic fluid is sampled to determine chromosomal abnormalities and genetic disorders. The similar genetic disorder testing can be done through Chorionic Villus Sampling. It is done in women of age 35 or more when normal screening tests show some abnormalities.

In some regions, Amniocentesis is banned because some of the women have complained about pain caused during the test procedure.

Thus, according to me a doctor would order all other routine test except Amniocentesis
