The experiment which is done can not determine accurately the exact rate of osmosis but it will just prove that osmosis occurred.

The change in mass from initial to even after solution which indicates the there is net flow of water which proves well that there is occurrence of osmosis.

The test which is done can not decide precisely the correct rate of assimilation but rather it will simply demonstrate that assimilation happened.

    Explanation:

The adjustment in mass from beginning to even after arrangement which demonstrates the there is net stream of water which demonstrates well that there is event of osmosis. Osmosis is the development of water or other dis-solvable through a plasma film from a locale of low solute focus to a district of high solute fixation. Assimilation is involved transport, which means it doesn't expect vitality to be connected.
