Exoenxymes function outside cells and endoenzymes function inside cells.

    Explanation:

Enzymes are present everywhere in the body. Some of them are present inside the cells where they are produced and they function. Rest of them are produced inside the cell but are secreted outside so that they can work at their targeted place. Enzymes of Glycolysis, Krebs cycle, ETS etc, and other house keeping enzymes are functional inside the cells.

Enzymes required in the digestion like amylase, proteases, maltase, etc are required inside the gastrointestinal tract. So they are secreted form intestinal wall or pancreas into the GIT.
