Even though Earth's South Pole receives

no sunlight during winter in the Southern

Hemisphere, the area is not totally without heat.

Explain this phenomenon,

    Earth's Energy balance describes how the incoming energy from the sun is used and returned to space. If incoming and outgoing energy are in balance, the earth's temperature remains constant. So it's B
