Why are plants better at harnessing solar energy using photosynthesis than humans are?

    Their genetic structure has everything to do with that. They use photosynthesis to create nutrients that sustain it because the human population cannot do that. Humans need to feed off of other beings, such as animals and plants, in order to survive. Humans aren't built for solar energy absorption.
