After the child's accident hypovolemic sgock is treated by infusion of isotonic crytalloid solution if blood transfusion is refused.

    Explanation:

When alot of blood is lost primarily in an accident case, the main emergency management is blood transfusion to avoid hypovolemic shock and make up for the lost blood.

But in the nentioned case, child's parents refused to take up blood transfusion.

In this case the immediate nursing action should be the tansfusion of isotonic crystalloid solution.

This solution increases the blood volume and prevents hypovolemic shock.
