    The answer is osteoporosis.

Osteoporosis is a condition characterized by loss of bone tissue, so bones become more fragile. It is the result of deficiency in calcium or D vitamin or of hormonal changes. Human body cannot produce calcium, but 99% of all calcium in the body is in the bones. Also, human skin is able to produce D vitamin in sunlight. Both calcium and D vitamin are necessary for strong bones.

Thus, if a person eats a lot of food that is high in calories and fat and takes daily calcium and vitamin D supplements, this suggests that osteoporosis is diagnosed.

Even though sally takes daily calcium and vitamin D supplements, if she does not exercise or regularly moves her body, these calcium and vitamin D supplements will not be fully absorbed and used by the body. Plus her diet is high in calories in fats, she is at risk of developing osteoporosis. Osteoporosis happens when the bones become brittle because lesser calcium is reabsorbed by the bones. Too much intake of high-calorie and high-fat foods can lead to obesity and other chronic health problems as well.
