How does hydrogen bonding between water molecules affect the properties of water? a) it causes a negative charge on the oxygen and hydrogen atoms; b) it enables water molecules to stick to each other and to many other things. c) it keeps water molecules from leaving cells

    Well water does have cohesive properties which means that they stick together, but i'm not sure whether they stick to many other things
