    I think you forgot to give the options along with the question. I am answering the question based on my research and knowledge. "Question" states what she is asking, and "Hypothesis" states what she thinks the answer to that question is in "if ... then ... because" format" is the one that correctly describes the difference between the "Question" and "Hypothesis" sections of her report.
