If there is electrochemical cell where Q = 0.0010 and K = 0.10 then the truth about Ecell and E°cell is,

Ecell is positive and E°cell is negative.

    E° = (RT/nF) InQ = (RT/nF) * In (K/Q) = Positive.

    Since (K/Q) = 100 then In (K/Q) = positive
