In the scientific method, the conclusion is based on the original beliefs of the scientist the results of the experiment but not the hypothesis the results of the experiment and the hypothesis only the hypothesis and not the experiment

    I would say the results of the experiment but not the hypothesis, if we're saying possible corrections to the hypothesis count as something outside of it
