    Multiple alleles means that there are more than two alleles for a particular trait which will be present on the same loci.

    A polygenic trait can be described as a trait that is controlled by multiple genes which will be present on different loci and may be on different chromosomes.

    A polygenic trait might have a gene with multiple alleles.
