I believe that drug is Paroxetine.

Paroxetine, also known as Paxil, is an antidepressant often used to treat people suffering from bipolar disorders. However, it can affect pregnant women - although it doesn't really affect fertility, it may have an effect on the child itself - it may be born with some birth defects.
