When analyzing dna microarray results, what does a lack of color indicate?

    You see color on a microarray when DNA fragments tagged with indicator molecules base pair with corresponding strands on the microarray. A lack of color indicates that your sample does not contain any fragments that are complementary to the fragments at that spot on the microarray i. e. the sample does not contain fragments tested by that spot on the array.
