If this strand of DNA were used, what would be the complementary DNA produced?

    To determine the complementary strand of DNA, given one polynucleotide strand of DNA, simply use the base pairing rules for determining this.

    Purines to pyrimidines

    A - T

    G - C.

    So whenever there is an A base pair with T, likewise for G and C.
