The person would have disturbed blood sugar levels.

    Explanation:

Pancreatic hormones insulin and glucagon serve to maintain the blood sugar level. Insulin hormone lowers down the blood sugar level by stimulating uptake of glucose from the blood by cells while glucagon stimulates the release of glucose into the blood stream. Malfunctioning of the pancreas would result in disturb the balance of insulin level in blood.

Your blood glucose levels would be outside the regulated range as your pancreas begins to slow down / not work it slows down the production of insulin in the body which is essential in controlling blood sugar and digestion
