    Frontal lobe and medulla oblangata

    Explanation:

Frontal lobe is the region of the brain that is responsible for important human cognitive skills such as emotional expressions, problem solving memory language and sexual behavior. It is basically the control panel of a person's personality and communication ability.

When MRI scan is used as a lie detector it might light up to show if the person is telling the truth or lying.

Medulla oblangata might also light up since it controls autonomous functions such as breathing and heart rate
