    Bulimia which can also be called Bulimia nervosa is an eating disorder which is identified by the consumption of enormous quantity of food (binge eating) and then overcompensating with different activities that would get rid of the food, such as vomiting, excessive fasting and/or excessive exercising, and the use of laxatives as well.

    This food disorder is a life threatening condition as it can easily lead to constipation, dehydration and even ulcer etc.

    To treat this disorder, counselling, therapy, nutrition education are ways to treat the condition.
