The behavior of the client is very delusional.

Some clients who have a problem of mental disorder they have difficulties which self-esteem and trust. The nurse should tell the client words of encouragement to make him or her calm down and be able to relax.

The nurse can also give the client activities which have limited concentration. For example, activities which relate to delusions development.
