    A. Average temperature and average precipitation

    -yes, this is a very good answer!

    B. Average windspeed and average oxygen levels

    -no, not as much

    C. Average day length and average night length

    -no, this has to do with latitute, but does not directly influence biome

    D. Average organic content and average mineral content in soil

    no, this is rather influenced by precipitation and by temperature, not the other way
