Suppose a doctor diagnoses you with a bacterial infection and prescribes you an antibiotic. Your doctor cautions you to take the antibiotic for 10 days although you may feel better after a few days. Explain why you should follow the doctor's orders.

    I’m not sure if this is the right answer but the doctor would continue you to take it the few days after you have been feeling better to ensure the bacterial infection is completely gone?
