Amylase is an enzyme that catalyses hydrolysis of starch. During hydrolysis, Amylase splits starch. Whenever there is increase in temperature of any system kinetic energy of that system is automatically increased.

    Explanation:

An enzyme is a catalyst which alter the rate of reactions. increase in the temperature of a the system result from increase in kinetic energy. whenever the molecules collide, the kinetic energy is converted into potential energy. As the temperature increases more molecules will reach the activation energy.
