A eukaryotic cell has a plasmamembrane, cytoplasm, and ribosomes. eukaryotic cells have: amembrane - bound nucleus. numerous membrane - bound organelles (including the endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus, chloroplasts, and mitochondria)
