A plant cell has a solute concentration of 2% it is in a solution of 2% solute. What will happen to the cell?

I know when the solute concentration is lower than the solution it's in it will shrink and when the solute concentration is higher the the solution it is in it will swell.

So when the solute concentration and the solution are the same does the cell stay the same?
