    Well you don't have any answers but the body would detect the chicken pox as a "not me" cell and they would undergo phagocytosis which is when the cell eats the other cell. When this happens the cell eating the chicken pox can present a part of it so the rest know what they are looking for which is called a antigen presenting cell. Antibodies will then be made to target specifically the chicken pox virus.
