    The nurse suspects the client is having Hypochondriasis. Hypochondriasis is preoccupation with the fear that one has a serious disease (disease conviction) or will get a serious disease (disease phobia). Somatization disorder is characterized by multiple physical symptoms. hypochondriasis are not factitious disorders.
