Option D, This isn't considered a peer-reviewed paper because it wasn't reviewed by other scientists in the field.

    Explanation:

A paper/research article is said to be peer-reviewed when it is written by a scientist/scholar and reviewed by another expert scientists/peers of the same field before publication.

Here in this case, the blog posted by the high school student was not reviewed by any field/sector expert before publication and thus, this source of paper can not be considered as peer reviewed paper.
