    Given:

    Parental generation

H omozygous dark chocolate easter bunny (WW) = dominant

Homozygous milk chocolate easter bunny (ww) = recessive

According to Mendel law of segregation

Phenotype Homozygous dark x Homozygous milk

    Genotype WW ww

    Gametes W, W w, w

F1 generation Ww, Ww, Ww, Ww

    Result:

All are heterozygous dark chocolate easter bunny (Ww).

    F1 x F1

Phenotype Heterozygous dark x Heterozygous dark

    Genotype Ww Ww

    Gametes W, w W, w

F2 generation WW, Ww, Ww, ww

    Result:

    Homozygous dark (WW) = 1

    Heterozygous dark (ww) = 2

    Homozygous milk (ww) = 1
